WARNING!!!
AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THIS MOD YOU MUST MOVE THE MESHES AND TEXTURES FOLDER TO YOUR FALLOUT NEW VEGAS DATA FOLDER Same place where you put the ESP at.
if you put in the Fallout New Vegas Folder. the textures and meshes wont appear correctly ingame.


This mod adds rebel flag hat to the game. See screenshots for what it looks like.

Location,
Moved the location to cap counterfitting shack. as soon as you enter you will see a table in front of you with a hat and a footlocker, the footlocker has 5 hats in it and respawns incase you happen to lose any of them.
