Very simple, sets the parameters so now Elijah\'s Last Words actually work for Veronica Renata Santangelo.

So, there is this small problem bugging me out... and no one ever fixed it...
Elijah's Last Words doesn't work on Renata because she only has Unarmed as her tag skill, while the perk is set to give bonuses to her Mêlée weapons, this fixes this, now it properly gives the bonus to Unarmed and NOT Mêlée.
2.0: Added an alternate download that sets the bonuses to -15 DT instead of 150% attack speed, so that she won't be imbalanced when having Causeless Rebel and Elijah's Last Words.
Attributes:
-Vanilla: 150% to attack speed with MÊLÉE WEAPONS; 25% knockdown chance with MÊLÉE WEAPONS;
-Fixed (Original): 150% to attack speed with UNARMED WEAPONS (234% with Causeless Rebel); 25% knockdown chance with UNARMED WEAPONS;
-Fixed (Alternate): Ignore 15 points of target's DT with UNARMED WEAPONS; 25% knockdown chance with UNARMED WEAPONS;
