Thanks to Jonnyeah for making the .esp magic with this.
This is a part of my weapon retexture project - get the pack here:

Note: This will NOT work with any mods that alter the Sniper Rifle mesh without a compatibility patch, due to a UV layout change! In practice, this means it will look wrong with WMX/WME until appropriate patches are made by the authors.
