This file is largely about repairing areas in the base version of OWB.
This was done in agreement with and blessing from Nylon himself, and we only have separate files because of a little communication error on my part.
As of this update, the vanilla area's are more or less repaired, or at least cleaned up.
I may or may not make npc's and a few of the new area's.
The changes will take place when you tell the TSC about Big MT normally, but if you're already past that point, or updating from an older version (Enable Parent's aren't retroactive.), simply disable then re-enable via the terminal outside the dome, on the crates to the left of the entrance.
This of course requires Old World Blues, TSC Vegas, and Nylons part of the Big Empty file.
It touches a LOT of refs, so I'd highly suggest against actually turning it on until you've beaten OWB.
