Description

This mod allows you to use many new recipe at the workbench to recycle various items into scrap metal.
I've mainly made this mod because I took the perk Junk Rounds(from Dead Money, which by the way is not required) which allows you to craft ammo by using Tin Can, Ammo Case and Scrap Metal.
But I'm pretty sure you can find some mods that uses Scrap metal for crafting.
Details
-------
*Only items made of metal can be recycled (logical).
*The amount of scrap metal obtained is porpotional of the weight of the item made of metal and the amount of metal seen on the model.
Example: .357 Revolver will give you 2 Scrap Metal, Fatman will give you 27 Scrap Metal.
*I've added a recipe which allows you to craft a Tin Can from a Bent Tin Can because in Dead Money (which is still not required) only Tin Can could be used to craft ammo, not Bent Tin Can.
*Unique weapons aren't included.

Files

*RecycleTheWastelands.esp
Install
-------
1.Copy the .esp to (install folder)\Fallout New Vegas\Data\
2.Start the launcher and place a checkmark beside the .esp.
Uninstall
---------
1.Start the launcher, uncheck the .esp file.
2.Delete the file associated with the mod.
Compatibility
-------------
This mod should be compatible with any existing or future mods for this game.
History
-------
Version 1.1 - Amount of Scrap Metal obtained from the recipes have all been re-adjusted.
Some armors can now be recycled into Scrap Metal.
Version 1.0 - The first version only includes guns. Other items will come later.
