About this mod
Removes quest item status. Changes return location to the Lucky 38 exterior. Removes New Vegas limit on transporting.

This is my first public mod - and quite simple.
What does it do?
1. It removes the quest item status of the "gun" (I also changed the name for some reason)
2. When the player returns to the Mojave, they will return in front of the Lucky 38 instead.
3. Because you will be going directly to New Vegas, I got rid of the restriction on transporting from there.

This mod uses the location marker of where Victor meets you on your first arrival to Vegas
