Best footstep sound, IMO. Especially in comparison with mods like Project Reality, where it feels like someone is slapping the surface, instead of walking by it.

Merece la pena este mod. Le da otro puntito más de realismo. Gracias.

The concrete sounds stay vanilla for me, though the other materials work.

You need to go into the fx folder in data and grab the concrete folder there and move them into the fst folder in Sound

The sound on ceramic tile(The bathroom in the mod of Nova Apartment) or wood seems to be a little deliberate and stiff, almost like stamping and lack of a gradient volume changing. And it doesn't contain metal sounds. But I find it in this mod Fallout nv footsteps redone.

    Overall,it's a fine mod.

Versions 1 through 3 are all variations of the same sound (footsteps on concrete and solid surfaces). Version 1 is standard, version 2 is somewhat muted and a bit softer, and version 3 sounds like you are carrying tons of equipment and is louder. Basically, pick the one you like the best! The other surfaces are just that: sounds for walking on different surfaces other than concrete.

Version 1 through 3 also only have a folder structure that works for manual installs. If you try to install with NMM it won't work because it will install to data/fx instead of the appropriate data/sound/fx. Other surfaces is set up properly so you can install using NMM if you so choose.

I think you just need the latest version 3 file and the "Other Surfaces" file if you want the extra sounds.

Such a simple mod, such an impact on immersion.

Oh, and like some people below have noted, I'd also like to see different and more self-explanatory names for the files to see exactly what I'm downloading. It's no big deal.
