it makes all perks better for you from 2x to 1.50x it can be better or best for you no more perks making it harder to use some stuff i made it that all perks that do -2 stuff do -1 or 1 its all around better for you
any perk that gives you more points to something like life giver it gives you 30 points i made it give you 60 and have levels
and strong back gives you 50 carryweight i made it 100
i made every perk do 2x its normal and some are 1.5x like fast reloader i made it 1.50 faster i cant make it go 2x it woud make it look odd and be way to cheap if you have any thing you want to know ask it in a comment

this mod is better if you use it at a low level it is untested for perks you have already gotten but either way this mod is good for you
