Adds some vision effects to the Hazmat helmet and makes the night vision toggleable.

I thought the Hazmat helmet looked great, but the permanent bright green vision got a bit annoying, hence this mod. I just added a few of the Project Nevada visor effects:
*an overlay
*condition visuals
*toggleable night vision
*toggleable heat vision
*an incredibly slight green tint (I may try it with a stronger one eventually).
Obviously this requires both Project Nevada and Old World Blues.

I just made this for my personal use but thought I may as well share it in case anyone else is interested, it's possible I may make further updates but obviously this'll be totally redundant when the proper Project Nevada patch comes out.
Update:
v1.1 - fixed something stupid I did so it no longer requires the Equipment module of Project Nevada. If you do use it with the Equipment module you will of course need to make an automated compatibility patch with FNVEdit.
I'll probably before long have a go at doing something to replace the visuals for the Hazmat suit itself (not the helmet) because personally I think it looks ridiculous. Hopefully I'll get something like the Iconoclast Armor from The Pitt if I can work out how and don't find anything better.
