Winterized T-51b Power Armor Mod for Fallout: New Vegas This mod allows the player to don the Winterized Power Armor originally found in the VSS Armory in Fallout 3. It even has the same stats as the original armor, so it will rarely need repairing.

Winterized T-51b Power Armor Mod for Fallout: New Vegas
Instructions:
Unzip the "t51bsnow.esp" file into your fallout new vegas\Data directory. (Steam users place the file in the C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data directory)
(Apparently you don't need to do anything special with textures--they are already in the FONV game files--thanks, ddoerr!)
In the Fallout: New Vegas Launcher, be sure to check the box marked "t51bsnow.esp" under "Data Files."
The armor and helmet spawn in a footlocker called a "Pre-War Armor Locker" that you can find on the Army truck closest to the Nellis AFB control tower.
Enjoy the armor (and my first mod!)
