Adds a well stocked merchant called Robert to the Old World Blues
---INSTALLATION---
1. Unpack esp file to your DATA folder
2. Start the game and select the 'Old World Vendor_Scngreg' in data files
---UNINSTALATION---
Delete 'Old World Vendor_Scngreg'esp
---FULL DETAILS---
I wasn't happy with what was on offer from the central unit so I created Robert - this guy sells pretty much everything! Adds a well-stocked vendor out side the Sink balcony door. He has 30,000 caps and sells every ammo type, stimpaks, drugs, food, drink, and pretty much every weapon. Will restock every 3 days.
