Alright - turns out I still had my old NV Geck software installed, so I went ahead and tackled fixing the issue now instead of waiting until the weekend.
1.3 has been uploaded and should hopefully address that crappy script recompile issue.
My apologies for those who experienced headaches with it, and thanks to HajimeSaito for the PM that alerted me of the issue.
I got a strange bug, but I'm not sure if it comes from this mod, sometimes I get +728616 xp at one time, not sure where it comes from though, hard to find the cause. It's probably Limitless Stats mod though, which is full of bugs.

Any TTW users having trouble getting it to actually perk per level? It worked fine for me before, but that was an older version of TTW and I was using NMM (Community Edition obviously). Had to newly install FNV, TTW 3.2.2, and first time using MO2 following the instructions on the TTW site. Now the perk-per doesn't work at all. Moved it up and down the load order list, still nothing.
Does PPL have any known conflicts with specific mods?
So it does not work in hardcore mode and this is disappointing was wondering if there is an Ini config that needs to be changed or it just doesn't function.
i downloaded this on a TTW save already i progress, when i level up to 54 it crashes the game after putting in the points and also won't give a perk per level.
To anyone using this mod if you want a more stable build, go to this alternate mod and download the 99 max level version in the files section. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64662
so i figured out how to fix the max level bug that happens at level 50 for anyone that wants to know just put this into you console setgs i maxcharacterlevel 101 that should fix it so you can get exp again.

into the [GameSettings] section of its nvse_stewie_tweaks.ini config. file.
setgs i maxcharacterlevel 101 that should fix it so you can get exp again.

There's also no reason not to use a mod manager so just do it.
