Recreates the Beta version of Benny's Suit, which was featured on a limited Edition Benny Ace playing card.
His suit can be found on the Tops 13th Floor in Benny's Suite. Look for it on the right-side dresser next to the master bed.
The Suit is called the "Chairmen Leader Suit". It is slightly weaker in health compared to Benny's other suit as this is a more 'formal' apparel. Benny's checkered suit is used for "not so clean" purposes and this one is for less 'strenuous' activities. It is more prestigious; giving 10+ Speech and 5+ Barter.
