When you start the game, the reload speed is slower than normal until you reEquip the weapon or another weapon. it's easier to see with rapid reload perk.

Version 2 : fixed the bug with grenades/mines now it will check the weapon type and only reequip if the weapon require ammo. (ignore unarmed, melee, grenades, mines)
