Itchi's Snipe Hunter
This is a VTEC Prototype laser sniper rifle.
All modifications are already included into the base model. It is lightweight, silent and has a larger clip capacity than the normal sniper rifle.
This weapon, while firing energy based ammunition, falls under the guns category for skills. There is a clip that loads like a regular sniper rifle, that ejects casings like a regular sniper rifle. Think of it as ejecting empty batteries, where each battery is worth one pull of the trigger.
The idea is that someone who has skill with a regular sniper rifle would not have a hard time convering to this energy based sniper rifle.
Unfortunately, VTEC never had the chance to get these into mass production, due to the timing the great war.
It is located in Primm, next to the Mojave Express, upstairs. There is also some starter ammo in a box near the rifle.
