Hacienda del Sol has been built in Red Rock Canyon and overlooks seven of the Khan encampments and you can observe their movements from the comfort of the Solarium. There is a fast travel marker.
From the Solarium the home (in it's own world space) is reached through a long passage. The passage features a room with the utilities that maintain the house, as well as a large area for display, which includes lots of storage, tables, and shelves, as well as the workbench and reloading benches.
At the end of the passage is the door to the main house nestled in a rocky canyon.

Notes:
If the flu on the fire pit in the Solarium does not show or flickers, enter the passage and return. That usually solves that small issue.
The main house may be slow to load so be sure to give it time after you have activated the door to open it. I didn't detect any fps problems once inside.
