I just came across this today and I love it! This will be a permanent addition to my game. I'm using the mustache and hair combo, and Dean is looking pretty suave.
In all fairness, Dean is a stage singer, and managed to keep his voice in excellent shape over 200 years of survival in the Sierra Madre(instead of the rasp noise most Ghouls make), so I don't think of it as too impossible for him to keep his hair, if he had actually tried to keep it well-keept.
In FO3, Desmond and Snowflake had full head hair (that's why in GECK, "smooth wave" is the second vanilla hair properly sized for the male ghoul head mesh). Personally, I prefer just the facial hair on Dean, but I wanted to see what hair would look like.

Use Ported Sunglasses Collection for a much better effect - or maybe try using FNVedit to replace the model.
