I used this mod for the longest time, but unfortunately there are some issues/oversights with it. I'm posting this comment as a forewarning/troubleshooting guide for future users that might come across this mod and/or some issues with it.

#1, the point of this mod is being able to take all your things into Zion, disregarding the weight limit (all you have to do is go back after arriving at Zion), being able to leave Zion early, and to take companions into Honest Hearts. Yes, you can come & go to Zion as you please in the vanilla game, but only if you complete Honest Hearts first.

#2, If you exit through this cave back into the Mojave Wasteland, you will temporarily lose access to Radio New Vegas and Mojave Music Radio. This is because the cave does not officially register the player as having actually left Zion (the only way to do this I think would be to register the DLC as completed but you're not supposed to skip the whole thing with this mod). To restore the radio stations, you need to complete Honest Hearts and leave through the vanilla cave. This registers you as having completed the DLC and will restore the vanilla radio stations.

#3, This mod has 1 glaring issue I've just discovered. It deletes the "Southern Passage" map marker and replaces it with a "Cave Exit to Mojave Wasteland" map marker. However, the .45 caliber ammo recipe at the Reloading Bench requires that the Southern Passage map marker be "discovered" (essentially checking if the DLC has been completed before you can craft the ammo yourself), however due to the fact that this mod removes this marker, you will never be able to craft the .45 caliber. As far as I know, the only way to fix this is to remove the mod.

you need to complete Honest Hearts for the radios to come back. this cave doesn't actually register as leaving the DLC area, so as far as the game is concerned, you're still in Zion, so the radios don't come back until you leave through the actual exit.

I feel that a lot of people (like me) are downloading this because of the bug where they can't exit Zion Cave due to the note glitch. However, do know that leaving ANY DLC not using the proper route will remove the Mojave's radios as they do this as a immersion since the signal can't reach you in those areas, but *intend* to return them to you on the trigger event that you leave through the preordained exit. Leaving through a new exit will result in these radios being lost until you go back through the proper exit (which is bugged for me). Just a fair warning, great mod though!

Seems pointless. One of the points of zion is that you need the Grahams help to find your way back. This basically removes the whole point of trying to do anything you just turn around.

You don't want it, you don't download it. By the way, it helped me a lot, as after finishing the DLC, the game didn't let me to enter the cave back to Nevada, but this mod solved my problem. It also can be used to visit back to Zion later if you want.
Oh, and depending on what kind of Courier you play, the possibility of leaving doesn't equal with they would actually leave. A goodguy/goodgirl Courier would stay to help, even if they could leave freely.

Seem to lose the use of all non DLC radios when returning back from Zion, not entirely sure why, not sure if there's a radio mod for any of the DLC places either.

Had to use this mod to leave zion but the last quest is not completing because of how I am leaving. I cannot use the command line to add the zion map to my inventory because, while it adds the item, it just does not work. My problem is that I cannot go back to Zion because it says I need to have talked to Jed to get their first. Ah well guess I will not get that quest done nor can I ever return to Zion.

don't panic. there is a door mid way in the cave. next to a foot locker. not the cave opening on the end.
