Although patch 1.3.0.452 improved many weapons, Dead Money DLC ones were unfortunately left alone. Some of them are greatly underpowered, and are basically useless after finishing Dead Money. This little mod aims to make them worthy additions to Courier’s arsenal.
Note: This does not fix bugs and mistakes made by developers with Dead Money equipment. Those issues are already fixed in this mod: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40499
My mod only deals with combat usefulness.

Automatic Rifle: Maximum spread decreased from 6 (!) to 1.5, and minimum spread reduced from 2.5 to 1. Durability increased from 200 to 800. The spread was the biggest in the whole game, even Light Machine Gun pre-1.3.0 had 3.2 spread. Automatic Rifle is now useable.
Bear Trap Fist: Damage increased from 27 to 45. Critical Chance increased from 27 to 45. Critical chance increased from 1 to 2. Like Mantis Gauntlet, with Ninja, Finesse, Better Criticals, this is now a deadly weapon.
Knife Spear: Damage increased from 20 to 30. Critical Damage increased from 20 to 30. Critical chance increased from 1 to 1.5.
Knife Spear Clean: Damage increased from 25 to 40. Critical Damage increased from 25 to 40. Critical chance increased from 1.2 to 1.7.
Other weapons are left alone. Holorifle is powerful enough, and Police Pistol is .357 Magnum revolver. Demolition Charge is weaker than Frag Mine, but is cheaper as well. Gas Bomb is designed to only ignite foes, and Throwing Knife Spears are already the most powerful throwing weapons.
