Kasdar's Medical Injection System

adds a Medical Injection System collar to Doc Mitchells house.

This collar will administer, when needed
1. Stimpaks 50% Health
2. Rad-X - in areas with more than 6 rads per second
3. RadAway - when over 190 rads
4. Med-X - when limb condition is 25% or Health is 33%
5. Anti-Venom as of version 0.3

I have set Med-X to behave as it is supposed to, allowing you to ignore Limb Damage for the duration of the chem, however this will only happen when administered by the Collar. I dont know why they changed that from fallout 3.

I have updated the mod to take advantage of the players Medical skill, however they will not take advantage of perks designed to increase their effects. You will need to use your chems from your inventory if you want to take advantage of any perks you may have taken to increase these values.

added an optional file to replace Med-X sounds with Morphine ones, for those playing a version that uses Morphne instead of Med-X

This is my first FNV Nod, and I havent done ny modding for a very long time. If you have any suggestions on how I could have done something differently feel free to let me know in the comments.

Installation:
Place the contents of the archive in your Fallout New Vegas Data Folder
