About this mod
A free modders resource that includes a set of retextured Merc Grunt outfits (male and female) to fit in to a military (NCR) setting. NO ESP YET! So don't ask.
- Permissions and credits
This is not a mod that you can load up in the GECK or in the game itself. This only adds 2 modified textures (and their respective meshes) to the data folder.
The armors are meant to be a sort of 'offduty uniform,' so to speak, or an outfit for personnel who are not in the line of fire. I found it strange that all the troops in Camp McCarren are walking around in full BDU's, and those who are not are walking around in the same clothes as a Viper Gang member might wear. Thus, this retex.
I made everything lighter and dustier, as well as adding sweat to the back of the shirt and an NCR Two Headed Bear crest in two different places. On the male shirt, it's on the shoulders. On the female, its on the right breast.
I am planning on making an esp. version, but that will be under a different file name and will incorporate many other changes as well. Don't hold your breath for it, though. It's a long way off.
