According to the in-game lore of the Sierra Madre Hotel/Casino and Villa, the Player Character is stripped of all their gear & equipment as a Security Measure. After waking up in front of the Sierra Madre Villa Fountain, Father Elijah informs the Player Character that the Automatons of the Sierra Madre remove any object with even minute traces of radiation or other such dangerous contaminents.

After playing through the Dead Money DLC a few times, it suddenly occurred to me that the Sierra Madre Vending Machines are introducing new radioactive (contaminated) foods into the environment, contrary to the reason for stripping you of your gear in the first place.

So... To correct what I perceive as a minor inconsistency, I went ahead and added Radiation Free versions of the Foods offered by the Sierra Madre Vending Machines.

In addition, I added three new Crafting Recipes since Sugar Bombs are used in three of the 'vanilla' Crafting Recipes. They are: "Homemade Flamer Fuel," "Mushroom Cloud" & "Trail Mix." This Mod adds new Sierra Madre versions of these recipes that use the new Radiation Free Sugar Bombs. And Radiation effects have been removed from this new Sierra Madre Trail Mix, since the only radioactive substance used in crafting the original version were the Sugar Bombs.

This Mod does NOT replace any Food Items you find in Containers in the Sierra Madre Environment. I figure, they've been sitting there since the bombs fell... They're probably still radioactive anyway.

Oh, and one other thing... I also made minor modifications to a few other Vending Machine Recipes, as I've seen others do. I changed the "[Return] Hat, Fedora" to "[Return] Hat, Pre-War." I also changed the titles to the [Return] Sierra Madre Security Armors & Helmets from "SA" to "SM." Just a few little housekeeping items.

Dead Money DLC Required.
