Makes AP, HP, 12 & 20 Gauge Slugs and magnum, 12.7mm and .50 incendiary creatable, and allows them to be broken down. AP uses 20% less lead and 20% more powder. HP uses 10% less lead. .50 incendiary has the same recipe as .50 plus 10 flamer fuel, and breaks down with 8 flamer fuel.
