Heres what you need to do
google winrar and from there get that extractor program
then create a dummy folder in your documents and put my mod in that folder
run the winrar and extract my mod to that dummy folder



you will want to go to an interior cell like pete's house in goodsprings,
sleep for 3 days then save and exit the game



move or copy the data folder from the rar file to:


C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas


if you did it right you will get a message that a data folder
already exists and do you want to overwrite, say yes.


check the mod in your mod manager

then load the save you made after sleeping for 3 days

and your done


The .rar archive is not a FOMOD so if you try to install in this manner it will tell you it needs a script.
There is no script its not a FOMOD.
