This mod makes one of the trailers in Goodsprings a cozy home for a beginning character.

A small trailer home that contails all the litttle things:
1 Bed (for sleeping)
1 table with a diner booth (for sitting and eating at)
1 couch (for chilling)
1 workbench
1 reloading bench
1 locker with armor and a few guns
Several shelves with bits and bobs.
Several First-aid kits.
And lots of other stuff, too!
It even has a deck with chairs and a table, so invite your friends!

Extract the esp. file to your Data folder.
Activate in FOMM or with the New Vegas Launch Menu

-----------|Uninstall Instructions:|

Deactivate the esp.
Delete the esp.
That was easy...

-----------|Known Issues/Bugs:|

None so far aside from: The interior of the camper is not NavMeshed. The GECK was not cooperating with me. This should not be a problem for beginning characters who do not have companions, and those who do have a posse can just tell them to relax on the deck!

I checked it out on the Nexus, and as far as I can find, the only mod that uses the same trailer is lordturgon 's ABU ACU Tactical Outfits. Shouldn't be too problematic, though, as it's only a footlocker.
