I just downloaded this and was looking at in FNVEdit, and found what appears to be a serious bug: the ID used for LootBrightFollowersEnergy is incorrect.The value in the file is 0017b7b4, which is actually the ID of NVGuardTower01b; the ID of LootBrightFollowersEnergy in fallout.esm is 0017b7bb - the last digit is 'B', not '4'.Obviously a typo, but I just thought you ought to know.
I made some Tag suggestions. Please post your full description soon for the list of changes. I recommend writing it in Notepad and copying it over like Ruadhan said, as this site has a few outstanding glitches still.
sounds like a good mod, doesn't really matter ingame though since at no stage do you ever encounter the bright followers in a combat situation... I always sorta gathered that the ones with the heavier weapons were the ones brave/foolhardy enough to stay outside the secure research area upstairs when the s#*! hit the fan...so naturally you only encounter the ones with the low armaments...still, you'd kinda expect some of them to pack a bit more.
