Take the esp, and the meshes and textures folders and move them to C\programs\steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data if you did it right it will ask if you want to overide say yes. the gun and schematic for the ammo are behind the bar at the prospector saloon. remember to keep the schematic or you cant make the ammo.
