This is what happens, a tacticool cowboy repeater thing... made purely for fun, this gun can be found on a wandering lone ranger close to the junction 15 railway station by the followers outpost, he is not hostile, until you kill him to get the rifle ofcourse, he also has the one and only upgrade kit for it ; a scope.
