2. Mod Description

*****************************************************************

Ever had the urge to steal things from stores but realized that
stealing in Fallout New Vegas sucks? Most vendors don't have
anything to steal. If you steal from those that do however the
store will look barren, crappy and nothing ever respawns.

This mod is aimed at adding some realism to the game by adding
containers directly linked to vendor caches around the world.
The caches are in logical locations but in alot of cases that
does make them easy to steal from. But really if you're dumb
enough to leave crates sitting on a truck unguarded some sticky
fingered individual is bound to come by.

The caches themselves are designed to be multiple boxes however
due to how the vendor chests work they are all linked. So
despite there being 10 boxes you only need to open one. The
caches are locked with a logical lock level based on the vendor
and their location. The caches are also set to relock
whenever the game cell is loaded.

Due to the fact that the caches link directly to the vendor
chests any modifications to level lists from mods will work
with this. Mods that add new items however using their own
chests will NOT work and no i cannot fix that so don't even
ask.

NOTE: This mod makes direct edits to the vendor chests this was
necessary as they did not have ownership nor did they have
ref ids i could use for the scripts. This should NOT cause
any problems this is just a warning. If any mod does the same
which none should it will conflict.

The Vendors
***********
188 Arms Dealer - Useless static crates on her truck have been
replaced with real crates.

Goodsprings Doc Mitchell's - First aid box added on the wall
across from the bed you first wake up on.

GoodSprings General Store - Whiskey bottle removed and crates
added across from Chet's bed.

GoodSprings Prospector Saloon - Small crates added on a shelf
in the backroom.

Mojave Outpost Barracks - Removed two empty boxes from a shelf
in the storeroom area and added small crates and ammo boxes.

Novac Gift Shop - Added a small crate and ammo box under the
counter near the seat.

Primm Mojave Express Shop - Removed the three empty crates
and replaced them with useful ones.

The Silver Rush - Removed 12 useless static crates and replaced
them with real ones.

Q: LOL this mod is a cheat.
A: Is it? No really IS IT? Every store has to have their
inventory somewhere why is it that all the stores have it in
some mythical void where you can't steal it? If they don't
guard their stuff well it's their fault if it goes missing.
I'll admit it makes the game way easier but then when does
stealing things not do that?

Q: Shouldn't shops wise up though if you steal everything not
nailed down?
A: Granted they should. However this kind of thing is rather
difficult and taxing to impliment. This mod is more intended
so you can steal the few items you want or need rather than the
entire store. Of course if you do steal everything from the
stores your going to have a whole lot of junk and no where to
sell it.

3. Load Order Advice

*****************************************************************

Load orders for bethesda games work like this. The last mod
loaded wins. What that means is if you have two mods modifying
the same item the first will change it but then if another mod
is loaded after it that one will overwrite its changes.

This mod should be fine anywhere on your load order. However
if you do experience some issues you can try dropping it down
to the last mod loaded.
