This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
2048x2048 textures for the NCR Ranger Combat Armour, I always felt the stock textures didn't give them justice, nor did I like the colouring, many texture mods out there, just was just for personal use and thought I'd might as well upload it.
I didn't touch the helmet much at all, it's done pretty well, and didn't see the need to do much to it.
