Is there any way to make torres inventory remains expanded? I installed this fix AFTER the quest Eyesight on the blind. I've tried for days to fix this.. Even manually adding items to her inventory did not work because it disappeared after 3 days.
Or how can I change her expanded inventory as default?
Oh boy. So I decided to do a fresh install using your fix from the beginning, I also made extensive saves during the entirety of the BoS questline for testing purposes.
I managed to get her to update twice last night, both after Eyesight to the Blind, once by waiting outside in the desert for three days and once by waiting next to her for three days. So I had assumed your fix had done its job.
However, when I loaded up the save from before I tested it(right before finishing Eyesight to the Blind) and went on playing normally she failed to restock after three days. So I went back to the bunker and waited for three days again. No change. Waited three days outside, no change. She stocks guns type weapons and combat armor.
Why would it work when I tested it, but not work in actual gameplay? Nothing had changed modwise between testing it and trying it today. I'm going to keep testing until I can figure out a way to fix her inventory permanently. Any ideas what could be causing this? It's supremely annoying as I also can't seem to get the Silver Rush to restock either.
update- I loaded up a test save and finished Eyesight to the Blind and waited three days in the bunker. She had the special inventory. I made a quicksave and exited NV completely and loaded the quicksave, the special inventory had disappeared. So my problem must be related to exiting the game. update- Did some more fiddling around with your fix and the variable vendor restock mod. By disabling your fix at the quicksave I noted above I was able to get her to stock power armor but no energy weapons. She also didn't change her inventory after 3 days in and out of the bunker. The vendor restock mod doesn't seem to effect Torres at all. The Weapon Mods Expanded mod wouldn't have caused this would it? Or Honest Hearts?
My recent playthrough has been plagued with vendor restock glitches. First it was Jack, then Blake, then Silver Rush and now Knight Torres. I managed to fix Jack and Blake with a general force restock mod, but it didn't affect Torres. So I tried this mod/fix out but it didn't seem to affect her either. I noticed that your other fix for Torres says that it only works if you haven't done the final BoS quests, does this mod have the same caveat? As I installed this mod between In the Dark and Eyesight to the Blind. She won't even update her inventory after Eyesight, she still has combat armor and assorted Guns-type weapons. Any idea what's going on here?
Edit- I tried waiting 4 days in the Bunker and 4 days out of the bunker with no luck.
@CyberCyrax: Torres' expanded inventory includes EVERY energy weapon which can be sold, Tesla Cannon included. The only energy weapons which she will not EVER sell are the unique versions of the various energy weapons.
