Patch 1.20 fixed the health bonus for Cass on peaceful completion of her quest, but doing so also made the Van Graff faction hostile. Not only does this basically turn the 'peaceful' part of the quest on its ear, it effectively removes a very good vendor for energy weapon mods. So, I made a dummy faction, "VanGrafFake", and set all the Freeside Van Graffs to that faction instead of their regular, now-hostile faction.
The new version 1.1 includes an updated version of the faction-change that should remove the ability to freely steal from the Silver Rush, and allow a certain dialogue option with Jean Baptiste to work as intended once again. It also adds a second file for those who haven't finished Cass' companion quest yet, that provides a much cleaner solution to the problem.
Simple little fix, but hopefully some folks will benefit from it.

Please see the Docs section for intended use and behind the scenes info -- short version, if you haven't completed Cass' companion quest yet, install the VanGraffHostilityQuestFix file and have done. You can leave it there forever and forget about it -- it stops the faction turning hostile on peaceful quest completion. You don't need the FactionFix file in this case.
If you already finished the companion quest and the Van Graffs are ticked off, either use the VanGraffHostilityFactionFix file, or use the console command "SetAlly 1b2a4 118368 1 1 ;Neutral" to return the Van Graff faction to neutral status. I recommend using the command in this case, and installing the VanGraffHostilityQuestFix file to negate the issue for any future runs.
