No permissions are granted without DIRECT WRITTEN APPROVAL from me. There are assets here i do not have redistribution rights to beyond this mod and need to stick to it.
In this file the peices i am the most protective about are my textures. So in general, Textures are completly OFF-LIMITS for reuse or modification, unless I have specifically WRITTEN otherwise to the user.
Some of the textures used are specific to this MOD and me. Some of the textures include original artwork imported for your pleasure in fallout but are still my original artwork and need to stay with this MOD only.
Meshes are off-limits because they are not all available for redistribution due to prior permission agreements with other authors.
Scripts, and sounds are mostly fair game for use in other MODS however i still want to know about it so let me know how you are using it and link me to the file.
So unless I write you otherwise, please, DO NOT USE these assets.

All advanced armors now automatically administer med-x Psycho stimpaks and superstimpaks but in very small amounts that it can replicate so it doesnt actually use any of them you just have to have them in your inventory.
Mill, large machine in the vault that breaks down any and all items to their base raw materials and then stores it as fuel for the HiVE and its replicators.

You are the first operative of a entity known as HiVE to be activated on the west coast since the war. When the bombs fell HiVE was already largely underground so research and development continued on its top-secret contracts in reverse engineering alien technology obtained through world governments. Now resources are running low and the HiVE has selected you to replenish its stocks. This position is not optional and the subject refuses they will be terminated. Please fast travel to goodsprings and head towards the cemetery. Your objective will soon be clear.
Summary: This mod adds a portable player home with 5 very detailed rooms decked out to the max with futuristic tech, weapons, armors and features features features. Basically this is like if the wasteland courier had Batman type funding with alien technology to influence the direction of the content. The features the mod adds are all fantastical and super hero like, and always available at the press of a key. It is not lore friendly and is not in any way balanced, if you have a problem with having super hero powers and the advantages that they bring this mod is not for you. And now for the details:

Energy dependant HiVE style stealth
Your player home is summonable, its 'cozy' but packed to the brim with this useful tech, and no you can't fly it. But don't worry you wont need to.
Mental Stun Wave
Energy dependent Identify Friend/ Foe/ Item detection system to identify and BRIGHTLY color items and Life forms based on the likelihood of them attacking you.
Fast movement device that allows you to "fly" in any direction. allowing you to traverse canyons and bodies of water with ease.
Physical Energy shield. Doesn't block damage through DT but actually physically blocks most small arms fire and most melee attacks with a energy shield projection.
Hotkey summon-able Personal Hologram warrior in custom texture high class armor and loadout.
Hotkey weapon swap that in 1 key toggles 2 weapons of your choosing.
Armor with removable helmet that provides night vision with on the fly brightness level control and water breathing as well as a small boost in strength and perception abilities. Available in multiple custom textures that glow. Also if you have stimpaks, super stimpaks, med-x, or psycho in your inventory the suit can use a very small amount to automatically boost your combat effectiveness in appropriate situations. The suit will not however consume any of these items, just use a very small amount to replicate and administer it where needed. Also if your health drops low enough while you are wearing the suit, there is a possibility that the suits emergency services module will kick in meaning you will be rendered unconscious while the suit relocates your nearly corpseified body to the med-bay in the HiVE, in essence preventing your death. This will not always prevent your death however, especially in cases where you are subjected to massive trauma (ie. deathclaw attack). To return to the battle use the telepad located within the medbay.
Highly advanced weapon that fires through walls and locks opponents regardless of distance through 3 user selectable modes that allow the weapon to adapt to your conditions. Also the weapon fires normally without a targeting system active; when you are sneaking and scoped in it shoots like a sniper rifle. when not sneaking or scopeing it shoots something more like a shotgun, with variations in between. Constant beam laser pistol with capacitor recharger, (Discharges quicky for superior firepower but charge does not last long, and the weapon loses its effectiveness when low on energy, however the capacitor charges quite quickly, so if you pace your shots, you'll never run dry). This this shoots like giant a laser cutting torch and is highly effective against most anything.(Video)
HiVE style Laser RCW. Will cook certain animals when you kill them, can defeat Dead money ghosts with ease, and has capacitor recharger like the CLP, Think of this as your gets any job done arc welder of doom, overloads the body with current until it bursts into a fiery explosion.
HiVE style Plasma Thrower(hidden location), Will cook certain animals when you kill them, throws multiple plasma grenade spheres at once with devastating effect, and has capacitor recharger like the CLP. Careful with the capacitor on this one, the gun takes a lot of energy and as such can run out quite quickly, also it takes a little longer to recharge to full capacitor. (255)
Modspec .45 (hidden location), silent, automatic, and fragments the bullet as it leaves the chamber for a deadly blast.
Overpowered ULTRA grenade.. its in caps for a reason. This is really more of a novelty grenade with little actual combat effectiveness. (unless your battling a 70 story tall giant death robot) (Video)

Extract all the files from the HiVEnv.rar File obtained here to your "..\Fallout New Vegas\Data" folder.
Enable HiVEnv.esp in FOMM, location is irrelevant with this mod as there should never be mod interactions. If you Have Lonesome Road, Enable HiVElr.esp after HiVE.esp, if you dont have it, ignore the HiVElr file.
Now everything should be installed correctly.. and working. So, Enjoy!
If you ever find the need to uninstall, simply remove your items from the mod and then delete 1 file and 3 folders:

Fast travel to good springs to find the all-in-one device.. it is near the cemetery glows brightly and is impossible to miss. Also there's a quest (lets take a trek) that can lead you there that will add in that area. If you're having a hard time finding the All-in-One more than likely there was an issue with installation. See the install notes above.

if you have followers not in the vanilla game, there is a very small chance you may need to have them wait outside the VB upon entering to avoid a crash.
a note on the use of the Canyon jumper, teleporter, detect device and most CPU/graphics intensive parts of this mod.If your computer is slow or you run lots of mods that increase the amount of crap in the world these devices can cause problems and even rarely cause a CTD. This is due to the way that fallout loads cells. this is also the reason the VB will never by fly-able.. the game just cant handle it smoothly.
