Dead Money - Hack Vending Machines

You wake up to find yourself being directed through the ruins of a madman's failed vision of paradise by a mysterious voice over an intercom. The place is littered with "company store"-style vending machines... shouldn't you be able to hack them by re-routing the fluids?
This mod doesn't add a mini-game, but it does give you a stat-based chance to hack the machines and lower their prices. The archive also includes an optional Less Loot plugin, which can be used as a standalone mod.
To make a hack attempt, activate a vending machine in sneak mode, and you will be given the chioce to use it or hack it. Your chance of success depends on your science and repair skills. If you succeed, all items will be 20% cheaper; if you fail, there is a chance of the machine breaking, depending on your repair skill. If it breaks, you will recieve a small shock and the machine will no longer function. If you fail but the machine doesn't break, it will work normally, but all subsequent hacking attempts on the machine will fail.
If you have the Jury Rigging, Computer Whiz or Robotics Expert perk, your chance of success is increased. These will not stack though.
I also took the liberty of adding Nuka Cola to the vending machines, it will cost you 8 chips (or 7 if you hack the machine).
Less Loot plugin:
This reduces the amount of loot you will find in containers in the Dead Money areas, especially Sierra Madre Chips and food items. This makes hacking the machines a lot more useful.
WMX patch:
Only use this if you are using WMX-DeadMoney.esp. Load this after it.

Put the plugin(s) in your Data folder and enable them in the launcher or mod manager of your choice.
Compatibility:
Dead Money - Hack Vending Machines.esp modifies the vending machine script and recipes, so it is incompatible with anything else that changes them.
Other mods that add items to the vending machines will still work, but their prices will not be reduced on a hacked machine. A patch is available for WMX.
Dead Money - Less Loot.esp changes several of the Dead Money leveled lists, so it will conflict with anything else that changes them.
