A mod request by SColla. Replaces the title screen's NCR Veteran Ranger with a Vault 34 pin-up girl (Who I have just been told is Pearl, the boomers' Matriarch. I'm a bit embarrassed I never noticed that before).
I liked the picture enough to start using it myself. I like it when mod requests play out that way.
All you have to do is copy the "Textures" folder into [Program Files>Steam>Steamapps>Common>Fallout New Vegas>Data] if you use Steam, and [Program Files>Bethesda Softworks>Fallout New Vegas>Data] if you use the retail copy of the game. I'm afraid I don't know how to access the files in Direct2Drive versions of the game, but I assume it isn't much different. Just click "Yes" if it asks you if you want to overwrite the existing "Textures" folder: It won't delete the content inside it, it'll just merge the two identically named folders.
