With this mod, the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion will give a boost to your charisma.

The Pimp-Boy 3 Billion is covered in rare jewels, plated in gold and has a new amber amber screen. It is truly a show of your rich status. So why does Fallout: New Vegas not reflect this?
With this modification, having the Pimp-Boy equipped will boost your charisma by one point; walking down the street in real life with a gold, ruby encrusted watch certainly gives off a certain air. This mod might be considered slightly overpowered which is understandable (after all, it is a constant boost to your charisma with no downsides - messing with the weight to reflect the materials used to make the Pimp-Boy simply screwed around with the general Pip-Boy weight. If you know how to fix this, either tell me or go ahead and fix it as necessary).
Note: if you are currently wearing the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion, you'll need to swap to the Pip-Boy 3000 then back to the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion to get to boost to your charisma. Conversely, if you remove the modification, the charisma boost will stay until you change your Pimp-Boy (after which point there will be no boost regardless of model used).
