Creation of and placement, in game on raiders and general stores over the map. Powder gangers after Goodsprings, fiends, vipers and jackals.

Most general stores and raiders now hold these grenades as standard.
The town stores up to crimson caravan will stock them.. Chet, Johnson Nash, Lucy, Cliff Briscoe, and Blake.
Powder Gangers, Convicts, Vipers, Fiends, Jackals should spawn with them as well.
The cocktails are now craftable at a workbench, using the survival skill.
6 are made in total.. requiring 1 bottle of scotch, 10 flamer fuel, 5 soda bottles.
The damage is capped at 31 at max skill, plus 25 fire damage over 5 seconds.
The area of effect is high, roughly a frag grenade, but more likely to cause damage.
The file contains a small esp, a small texture folder, and a small Meshes folder.. Extract all of these into your NV data folder...
Normally Computer, windows (C:), Progam files ( or Program files x86 for windows 7 ), steam, steamapps, common, fallout New Vegas, Data.
