9mm +P rounds are a lightly armor-piercing variant of 9mm rounds. They are sold rarely by most vendors, and more commonly by the Arms Merchant at the 188 Trading Post and Daniel Contreras at Camp McCarran. While they are intended to be rare, they aren't intended to be AS RARE as they are.
The reason for this is that 9mm +P rounds aren't included in a list they ought to be, one containing ''special'' ammo, like hollowpoint rounds for various calibers. They are only present in a list which provides, at maximum, 15 rounds at once, with a 75% chance against each round appearing in inventory.
This bugfix adds the ammunition to the appropriate list, which should make it available for sale less rarely from most vendors.
Note that this will PATCH your game: once you have saved your game with this bugfix active, you can disable the mod and the fix will remain in place. This also ensures compatibility with other mods.
