The New Vegas Starter Kit aims to supply downloaders with a huge cache of beefed-up weapons and some handy attachments that will guarentee domination over the Mojave in no time!
Includes three original mod files:
Modrock1 - adds a hollowed-out rock next to Doc Mitchell's house in Goodsprings containing all possible weapon mods the game already provides.
Remarkable9mm - originally only for the 'Remarkable 9mm' gun, it now covers a wide range of guns and melee weapons as well as some thrown that are all guaranteed to deal out one hit kills and are compatible with the existing weapon mods that the game provides, (essentially just beefed up versions of cool weapons in the game). Also contains some rudimentary ammo and for the first time Incendiary Ammo comes to the 9mm, .357, 45-70, .44 and 556mm! (v1.1 may include all available ammos being incendiaries). *
Shack1 - adds a beaten-up shack to Goodsprings next to Victor's house that is pretty empty but may be decked out in later versions, contains some beefed-up weapons named after powerful phrases in latin that are also guaranteed to deal one hit kills, also contains some rudimentary ammo. Also compatible with existing game mods.
* The 'Remarkable' Weapons are mostly located on Doc Mitchell's Front Porch! As the aim of this mod is to provide a dominating 'Starter Kit' it had to be somewhere relatively close to the beginning stages. However, there is a footlocker in the truck in the middle of Goodsprings that contains all new Incendiary Ammo for regular weapons! (as of v1 this is the ONLY cache of incendiary ammo in the Mojave - use it wisely!) Note that there is also a footlocker somewhere in The Fort to exploit one-hit kills with thrown weapons, just like it damn should be! :)
