Adds 100 HP to Rex's base HP when the Blood of the Legion perk is given to Rex after transplanting Lupa's brain into him. As of the 1.2.0.314 patch, +10 DT is given instead, but I wanted to restore what the developers originally intended (which was broken from the beginning). This is simply an alternative to what Obsidian is currently offering via the latest patch.
