New Vegas makes relatively extensive use of flags and banners. This mod is designed to let you control the flying of these flags.

Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Look for an electrical control box around the base of a flag pole. Activate the box raises or lowers the flag (dependent upon the situation - ie, it will raise a lowered flag or lower a raised flag). You can repeatedly raise and lower the flag at your will.
Details: v0.3 Affects NCR flags on flagpoles. Does not affect NCR flags at Nelson or the solar facility. Legion banners are not yet implemented At Camp McCarran raising and lowering the flag inside the fort also affects the flag as you see it from the outside.
