This is a latest V1.3. I think it will be the final unless there are any issues that need to be resolved or any cool suggestions from the community.

Adds some new minor aesthetic changes to the NORMAL home.
A small tidy up of navmesh and markers.
Small FX changes.
Bed sleeps two with well rested perk.
Fast Travel from inside the home.

Aswell as the above the biggest single update is the new theme in this pack, choose whichever suits your character best!

It's up to you if you think it's worth updating as there are no major changes except for the new theme. If you do choose to update, then you may wanna get your gear etc out of the previous version before updating the file, just incase!

A nice open-plan tunnel home for you and your companions to stay. Previously occupied, now yours and rent free!
It's set between Boulder City Station and 118.
Theres a few gifts, but nothing special, it's a simple home, not a fortress.
You can now choose different themes, NORMAL or RAIDER depending on your desires.

=============KNOWN BUGS:=============

When animating the OPEN 24HR sign can glitch the wall a bit. Fix> Don't sit and stare at it.
