Great for decorators. Novac player home revamped. Modestly. Requires ClassicPack.esm (Couriers Pack DLC) Can't remove the dependency unfortunately.

I scaled it down. Thought it looked nice.
I re did the hole house. Navmesh is good your companions can still come in. put a few usable items but didn't over do it. I made it how i would of wanted it. I like to decorate my own house myself so i just to arrange it so I could do just that. Took out the worn down look of the waste land. I guess it crashes if you don't have the ClassicPack.esp
