NEW IN 2.0:

* You can not swing a magic knife anymore, you must have a combat knife.
* Slave collar crafting is now included
* Having an ennemy surrendering now also depends on what's your weapon.
* After having injected someone, you will get an empty syringe
* And I think that's all.

Reactive People Optional & Official Plugins :

* Slavery [WARNING NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ESM 2.0!!]
* Living As A Ghoul
* Karma Loss for Killing a surrendered ennemy [WARNING NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ESM 2.0!!]

!!!!Requires NVSE !!!!

Description: "I got a little bit bored when I saw that when I was aiming to someone, he just did not do anything. This is why I made this.
When you are aiming at someone, and if he spotted you, well he will take his weapon. Pretty simple."

This is why this mod was originally created. Now it's more developped around the interactivity between the player and the world. Logo from SWAT Sierra Game and modified by me for inspiration.

What you can do:

- Push people, depending of your strenght.
- Inject a narotic to someone, while sneaking. Requires to craft a narcotic at a workbench. There is a chance that you fail, depending of your Sneak skill and your Luck. You will gain experience for each non-violent action.
- People reacts when you aim at them. Reaction depends of your Luck.
- You can have an ennemy surrendering, depending of your strenght, his health, and if he has a weapon or not. You will gain experience when an ennemy surrenders, perfect for infiltration in ennemy's territory.
- You can slave people who surrendered/who's unconscious, you need a slave collar but there's a chance that you fail, depending of your Repair skill and your Luck. You will lose karma.
- You can fire a slave.
- You can swing your emergency combat knife then re-equip your previous weapon.
- You can open the inventory of a surrendered ennemy.
- When you unholster, your followers will do the same too.

Recommended mods:

* Slave Collar Crafting allows you to craft your own slave collars.
* New Vegas Battle and Realistic Combat rebalances the health of each NPC.
* Cafe Of Broken Dreams - Jericho allows you to recruit a well-known Fallout 3 follower.
* Enemy AI - Tactics -NPC healing makes the ennemies smarter. More cover, smarter NPC tactics and teamwork, more creature differences; optional and scalable NPC Healing/stimpak tactics.

------ Special thanks ------
It's time to give credit where it's due.

* Nicdude, I really appreciate the way you gave me your feedback, never forgetting me; you gave me the wish to continue developping this mod;
* Duskwulf you too really helped me trough the developpment, thank you!
* SupremeRobert you were one of the first to be convinced by this mod, and one of the first to endorse. It's very appreciated.
* ScubaSteve3465, thanks for the nice suggestion about using another substance instead of psycho!
* Vivanto, author of Grenade Hotkey, you learned me how to do the "swing combat knife" action, you're amazing.
* On a more global way, thanks to all the people who endorsed this mod and gave their feedback.

You really should give some kudos to those guys, they deserve it.

----- Legal -----

Now the funny part. Don't upload this mod anywhere without my permission, don't include it without my permission, and don't claim to be the author. One word: respect. As long as you ask me, maybe I will give you my permission, thank you very much.

Changelog:

Version 10.0:

Probably the latest version, if I did not mess it up.
Version 9.5:

Fixes again
Version 9.4:

Fixes.

Version 9.2:
- Should fix the problem with ennemies non surrendering
- !!!IMPORTANT !!! You don't need psychos anymore. Instead you must craft a Narcotic product (named "narcotic" in-game). You need 1 surgical syringue, 1 Ant egg, and two psycho to craft it. And 65 in science too.

Version 9.1:

Fixes a few things. Sorry for that. Now you need at least 50 AP to take your knife but you don't loose Action Points for using it.

Version 9.0:

Should fix bugs with your emergency knife. You should be able to auto re-equip your last weapon.
Unconscious ennemies can be enslaved if you injected them some psycho, and only while they are unconscious of course.
Version 8.6:

Hold X to swing your emergency combat knife.

Version 8.5:

Attempts to make it compatible with gamepads.

Version 8.4:

Firing slave has been remapped to G.

Version 8.3:

You can fire your slaves by pressing the same key you used to enslave them.

Version 8.0:

- One key remapped, see image section.
- You can now slave your ennemies, it depends of your Repair Skill and your Luck so there's a chance that you just blow off the NPC's head. The NPC must be surrendered and you must have at least one slave collar. You will get a karma penality for that.

Version 7.6:

Stabilize the NPC behavior.

Version 7.5:

Fix,again.
Version 7.4:

Fixes animals issues and now you gain some XP for each surrendered or unconscious ennemy

Version 7.3:

Shoud fix an issue with NPC not becoming unconscious.

Version 7.1:

Injecting psycho now depend of: your Sneak skill and your Luck. Here is the formula:
if (PlayerLuck - 5 + PlayerSneak) >= (ChanceToFail), then you will manage to inject it.
PlayerLuck = your luck X 10
PlayerSneak = your Sneak skill divided by 10
ChanceToFail = a random percent

Example for a character that have Luck = 6 ,and Sneak = 50:

PlayerLuck= 60
PlayerSneak = 5

So player has a value of 60 -5 + 5 = 60
If the random percent is greater than 60 my character will fail.

Another example with 100 in Sneak and 10 in Luck:

PlayerLuck=100
PlayerSneak=10

Value: 100- 5 + 10 = 105, your character will always manage to inject some psycho because the random percent will obviously never reach more than 100%. Your sneak skill is so very important, more than in vanilla game.

You can inject stimpaks to an unconscious NPC by pressing B again.
Version 7.0:

- There's a chance for the aimed person to become hostile.
- While sneaking to an ennemy, you can try to inject a massive amount of psycho to the target by pressing B. 3 psycho required and there is a chance that you fail like a noob. It's not lethal and he should become unconscious.

Version 6.6:

Fixes the Push butto6

Version 6.5:

Fixes a few things and remap the PUSH button to Y, and the Open Inventory button to B.

Version 6.4

Fixes the bug where friendly people become hostile.

Version 6.3 and 6.2:

Minor fixes

Version 6.1:

By pressing O (not 0) you can access the inventory of your surrendered ennemy. Made by popular request.

Version 6.0:

You can now push people. It takes you 90 AP and the force depends of your Strenght divided by 3!

Version 5.2:

Oops sorry, here is a real fix.

Version 5.1:

Minor fix.

Version 5.0:

Now you have to press Right Mouse Button, which is for most of you the key you use to aim,, to have an ennemy surrender.

Version 4.0:

Now include my Followers Ready To Fight mod. When you unholster, your (vanilla) followers will do the same, preparing for an eventual fight instead of looking at you.

Version 3.2:

Aiming at a Team Mate does not make him react anymore.

Version 3.1:
Name changed: Reactive People - Tactical Approach and Special Interventions
if the aimed actor is less strong than you, if his health is below 50 and if you are close enough, he should give you his weapons and ammo and surrender.

Version 2.1:

- Now when you disarm an ennemy and if he does not have any weapon anymore, he should surrender. You must be close enough though or he will run after a weapon.

Version 2.0:

- When you aim at someone, he will pull out his weapon;
- If he does not have any weapon or if you have a better armor, he will crouch on the ground;

Imagine, sneaking behind a raider with your weapon, he whould crouch on the ground. Take prisoners!

Requirement:

- Fallout New Vegas
- NVSE

Incompatibilities:

none so far.
