It seems very, very silly that the game doesn't have a way of crafting Ultrajet. Rocket is easy enough, but Ultrajet? Nope, can't be done.
That's crap.
You can now find a handwritten note in Contreras' filing cabinet that holds the recipe for Ultrajet. The cabinet itself is locked with a 75-skill lock, so it's not exactly a trivial thing to get into. Once you get it, you need a Science skill of 60, a campfire, and the following items to craft Ultrajet:
1 Abraxo Cleaner
1 Jet
1 Sugar Bombs
