Reduce base carryweight from 150 to 50 and strenght carryweight increment from 10 to 5.

I made this for my self as I was tired of being able to carry a ridiculously high amount of item and looting everything possible all the time and ending up with tons of loot in my house at only level 4-5.
Simply reduce base carryweight from 150 to 50 and strength carryweight increment from 10 to 5.
So, If you have 5 strength at start you'll get 75 carryweight and every point in strength will give you only + 5 carryweight.
This way you cant go out and loot everything u can, pick your loot wisely. It also make backpack more useful.
