   These knives are awesome, but they crash my game for some reason so I can't use them. =/

      It's because their nifs are completely messed up and you have to convert them yourself.

   Great looking knives. But would it be possible to add them under the Grunt and Cowboy perks like the combat knife?

   I would say ranger station echo (i think thats the 1 that the legion attacks after talking to the ranger in novac)
   Hand to hand combat is a vital part of military training, why wouldnt the NCR follow suit
