Another accidental armor for the wandering Wastelander.

= WASTELAND VAGRANT ARMOR v1.0 =

Once again I've tried to dabble with Blender, and once more it has yielded results. Though not very flashy, I've managed to create a pretty decent-looking outfit for the drifting wastelander; the Wasteland Vagrant Armor. Taking what I learned from my previous work, I've included both male and female versions, a helmet, custom repair lists and more than one armor from the beginning. That is not to say there couldn't be improvements - I've not made it craftable or otherwise more challenging to obtain, for example. As always, I'm open for criticism (as long as it's civil and constructive) and I like feedback, so don't hesitate to tell me if you like my work, or why you don't.

= Version History =

v1.0
- Initial release

= The Armor =

The armor consists of parts from a number of vanilla armors, and since it uses the same texture paths there should be no need to upload any textures. It's based on the vanilla body, and if you use a body replacer there might be some texture issues where the armor shows skin (neck and shoulder area).

Armor Stats
Weight: 4
Damage Threshold: 10
Health: 600
Value: 400 (relative)
Repair List: Wasteland Vagrant Armor, Raider Sadist Armor, Raider Painspike Armor, Merc Cruiser Outfit, Scrap Metal, Leather Belts

Helmet Stats
Weight: 2
Damage Threshold: 3
Health: 400
Value: 200 (relative)
Repair List: Wasteland Vagrant Helmet, Great Khan Spike Helmet, Roving Trader Hat, Scrap Metal, Leather Belts

= Location =

The armor can be found in Freeside (north) on the far east side, in an old dumpster between one of the buildings and the outer wall. You can find the exact location in the screenshots. I'll be working on alternative ways to get it, but it may take a while.

= Known Bugs/Issues =

I'm not quite sure what causes this, but the skin on the body doesn't change color according to the face. It's not game breaking, but it may cause a slight annoyance if you're picky. Other than that I haven't encountered any bugs, but please report any you find.

= Compatibility =

As mentioned above, there might be texture issues if you use some other body than the vanilla one. I will not mend this. Otherwise, no compatibility issues that I'm aware of.

[INSTALLATION]

Extract the contents of Vagrant_v1_0.rar to your fallout new vegas\Data folder and check Vagrant Armor.esp in the Data Files tab in the game launcher or in Fallout (New Vegas) Mod Manager.

[UNINSTALLATION]

Uncheck Vagrant Armor.esp and remove the files. Simple, eh?

= Author's Note =

What you do with the armor in your own game is your business, but I'd rather you didn't upload it in another mod. If you really feel that you need to do that, I want you to ask my permission first - depending on your request, I may grant it. I usually respond well to politeness. ^^
