This simple mod changes how Perception affects your accuracy, with 10 Perception you will be great sniper while with 1 Perception your accuracy will suck and you won't be able to hit anyone in VATS at all

This simple mod adjusts your gun spread and chance to hit in VATS. As everyone knows shooting in VATS from range is almost impossible because of low chance to hit, it bothered me so I made this mod. This mod is also a part of my bigger Overhaul Mod which is currently in development.
With 3 Perception you have the same chance to hit in VATS as in Vanilla Fallout, so if you start with default 5 Perception your chance to hit in VATS will be already higher than in Vanilla. With 10 Perception you can easily make headshots with Sniper Rifle from long range. Gun Spread stays normal at 5 Perception, with 10 Perception you will have higher accuracy, but not pinpoint accuracy, but still useful. With 1 Perception very accurate guns like Sniper Rifle won't be harmed at all, but all low accuracy weapons like SMGs and Miniguns will have noticeable much worse accuracy.
I also added VATS Range plugin, which doubles the range of VATS usage, pretty useful when you are playing as Sniper with 10 Perception.
