So,many times i wondered where will be the best place for a new settlement using the RTS mod.I wondered and i wondered well finaly i decided to make my own custom made camping site:D

some more info:
- Camp is at Spring Mountain State park
- The house is "repaired' and certainly fortriefied.
- Totaly remaped navmesh ( original sucked )
- A nice spot for Boone to pry open legion heads :)
- Nice stuff for the town's sherrif.

-Some more flat land on top of the canyon near the river
-A quick transition that brings you down to the river itself.Take a swim or make your new settlement :)
Warning : Allmost exactly when u transition there firegeckos spawn and they surely pwn u.Get Veronica she can handle them :P

How to get there ? Use the pipboy.There is active fast travel hub !

I get questions like "What it actualy does?"
It makes u a nice place to start your new RTS settlement with starting gear etc.It does not interfere with RTS or change it by any reason.
